Vacation Cottage Rental Rates
- In-Season: June 22-September 23
(weeks are Saturday to Saturday)
- One Week.....................$725
- Two Weeks (or more)...$625 per week
- Off Season: January-June 23 and September 24-December
- Weekly..........................$550
- Nightly...........................$75-$150
- Nightly rate depends upon length of stay and/or number in party
- Two night minimum preferred
- Nightly subject to availabilty
Additional Information:
- Rates are for 1 or 2 person occupancy
- There is an additional charge of $25/week for occupancy over 2 persons
- There is a 7% state tax on all rentals
- A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to hold all reservations
- Check-In time for new guests is Noon-3PM
- Check-Out time for all guests is no later than 10AM
- $10 per person if we provide sheets & towels
- Pets - We accept well-behaved pets (meaning non-threatening
dogs). In consideration of other guests, we reserve the right to refuse
dogs on our property or to consider your pet a person price-wise.
