Currently booking for 4+ nightly rentals, $250 a night plus tax for 2 adults.
Weekly pricing $200 a night plus tax.
Reduced pricing for more than 3 weeks.
Rates are for 1 or 2 person occupancy, there is an additional charge for occupancy over 2 persons(typically an additional $50 per person total)
There is a 9% state tax on all rentals
Check-Out time for all guests is no later than 10AM unless otherwise arranged
Pets - We accept well-behaved pets (meaning non-threatening
dogs). In consideration of other guests, we reserve the right to refuse
dogs on our property. Must be approved in advance. Each pet is an additional $100 per week.
